“MoPic” team – a “Museums at Night” participant

May 19th, 2018 in towns and cities of Lithuania, the event “Museums at Night” took place. The participants of Erasmus+ project “MoPic” from Klaipeda Simonas Dachas School were invited to co-operate with Lithuania Minor History Museum. The citizens of Klaipeda and guests from other towns had an opportunity to find out about the project, which lasted for 2 years, and they could try virtual reality glasses. The guests also kindly took photos in “Green screen” background. Thanks to this technique everyone could find himself in old photos together with famous Lithuanian writer Vydūnas to whom the main activities in Lithuania Minor History Museum during “Museums at Night” were dedicated.

We are glad that various people – children, parents, grandparents, artists, teachers, museologists and historians could find out about the project. Even the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania Liana Ruokyte-Jonsson visited us.
